Well I have not had any issues with an ubuntu distro till intrepid, I have been using alternate cds since dapper, all have installed just fine.
With intrepid Live & alternate it will always hang on install, went through 6 discs just to be sure ( all were checked and burned at 4x )
Just installed 8.04 with out an issue, so I am lost, there were no errors that came up for installation of intrepid
Hardware:
opteron 146
2 - ati 1900 gt video cards
2 Gib memory
1 - 120 Gib Sata HD (archive)
1- 80 Gib Sata HD (linux)
If anyone has any ideas, or is it even worth installing intrepid?
