ubuntu post count rules

I notice sometimes when I post things it doesn't get added to my amount of posts. Is there anything I should know?

I would suggest that you go look in the "Forum Help" section of UbuForums. You might also want to look at this thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=726150).

Only posts in the support forums are counted as posts. Nothing in the community forums count toward your post count.
