View Full Version : [ubuntu] Keep losing wireless signal under Intrepid

Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to Intrepid Ibex, and in this upgrade they have included the drivers for my wireless card, although, I keep losing the web connection, for about 2 mins, then it comes back up again. When its all running, its great, but this happens quite frequently, and, as you can guess damn annoying. This did not happen under 8.04 (but did require a lot of jiggerypokery to get the card working in the first place!).

Hey there... You sure that you not losing the network itself from your modem?

Anyway... what I actually wanted to know is... does your Ricoh card reader work under intrepid?

If you mean the one on the front of my laptop, then yeah it does. Why you aks?

Does it read Sony Memory Sticks?

Flash drives do work yeah, but I don't know about Sony ones I am afraid
