In an Acer Aspire 3003lci I have, the battery will not go above 0%.
Is there anything I can do?
If there isn't, then I'll just buy a new battery.

lithium ion batteries have something like 800-1000 max charge cycles before they cannot be charged anymore.
so every time the battery dips down, and you plug it back in, even if it's just for a minute or so, it counts towards that number.
although, if the notebook is less than a year old it's hard to get there that quickly, in that case i would contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

Well, if its 4 years old and not charging, I would replace the battery.
