Lots of Buffer I/O error during installation?

Im in the process of installing Ubuntu on my machine and I keep getting a LOT of the aforementioned error messages during the install (right after first splash)

Is this going to have a bad affect down the road or can it be ignored? Installation is continuing otherwise.

I had it do that to me as well I just hit ctrl+alt+del for it to reboot and the next time it didn't do it. So reboot and try again.
