8.10 Visual effects problem

I ve messed up visual effects on Kubuntu. My Ubuntu (Gnome) desktop works fine with all visual effects enables but if I change the session to Kubuntu from the log in screen kubuntu appear on half of the screen as if they were somehow moved down to the half of the screen the desktop. How can I restore them?

I didnt see the Effect section. This post must be moved. Sorry

It was the zoom effect and the blur effect
