winetricks dont work

i really need help wen i try to install wine trick i got this message.

wine client error:3f: version mismatch 339/346.
Your wineserver binary was not upgraded correctly,
or you have an older one somewhere in your PATH.
Or maybe the wrong wineserver is still running?
wine cmd.exe /c echo '%ProgramFiles%' returned empty string

msxml3 dotnet20 gdiplus riched20 riched30 vcrun2005sp1.
