Hey all,

I've got problems. I'm running feisty and I wanted to upgrade this weekend. Last week, though, I was messing around with synaptic and I changed my server. Now I can't find a server with any of my repos on it, and I'm afraid I won't be able to upgrade. I actually have ubustu feisty. Does anyone know which server I should have. No matter what I choose, I get the following repos just aren't there:
http://archive.ubuntustudio.org/ubuntustudio/dists/feisty/Release.gpg: Could not resolve 'archive.ubuntustudio.org'
http://archive.ubuntustudio.org/ubuntustudio/dists/feisty/main/i18n/Translation-en_US.bz2: Could not resolve 'archive.ubuntustudio.org'

That's pretty much the whole shebang. I'm not sure what was initially selected because it just said "custom"...

I thought feisty has expired!

So Feisty has expired.

It appears that that means that people running Feisty have lost the ability to easily upgrade to Gutsy (and beyond).

The following folder has been deleted: http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/feisty

I don't understand why they don't leave the repositories out there as a courtesy to Feisty users.

Does anyone know where there might be a copy of the feisty repositories so that people can upgrade?

I've just bought a little Viglen MPC-L box which came pre-loaded with Xubuntu Feisty and I would like to upgrade it. I'd be grateful if anyone does know where to find a copy of the Feisty repositories as this would save me the cost of an external optical drive

A workaround is presented here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1004964

There is an archive of the feisty repository!
Here's how you use it: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GutsyUpgrades
