Enable upstream repositoryes

Hello, the filezilla and wxWidgets bug, got fixed in the "UPSTREAM"

But, how to enable "UPSTREAM" repositories?

It is not a repository. When they say "upstream", it's a metaphor. Upstream is closer to the project and its developers, downstream is Ubuntu and its packagers. So what they mean is that the bug was fixed, but this does not imply that updated packages were uploaded, or even that wxWidgets made a new release. It may not become available (except in SVN or whatever they use) for quite some time.

There is, however, the 'backports' set of repositories, which would probably have the update sooner than than others.
