Mounting MFS(Memory File System) in Linux

I use ubuntu and was wondering if anyone knew how to mount the MFS file system from the tivo systems. Is it possible? From what I understand it's not possible since it's a proprietary file system. It looks like it might be possible on windows, but is it possible on Linux?

I have been trying to do this same thing. WinMFSlive is a Windows program that will backup and install a Tivo Drive. I mainly use Windows but trying to learn Ubuntu so I can do more with my Tivo Drive.

I believe MFS stands for "Mac File System". Don't know, but the info on the drive when I run MFSTools, show 13 partitions. The first one says "Apple_partition_map" name "Apple". The research suggests that was the first file system Apple came out with. Since then they have changed to HFS+ file system. Partitions 10 to 13 are MFS. 2 mfs application regions and 2 mfs media regions. I'll check back on this thread if you find any info.
