Heres my story,

I did a clean installation of ubunut 8.10 64 bit
IT was working great my video card already isntaled the drivers and the resulation tool under system-prefernces was going just to me needs to extend my desktop to my 2d monotoer.

heres the problem. After i got that all setup i instaled ALL the updates for the operating system. And it told me to restart. so i did.

When i turned the computer back on the screen's were mirriored and were WAAYY of resulation. So i went to change them. but found the good old resuion tool did me no good. (didn't reconise the monoters, didn't do anything) so i looked around and found a new program called ati casystele control center. So i started it up. played around and when everything was fixed (back to the way i wanted it to be) it told me to restart. So i did and now i come back and nothing has changed.

Is there anyway to rollback the changes of the last update??
I really want to use my 2d monoter. Its just to stuffy being only on one.
thanks.
