I plan on combining my 2 seperate machines into one machine, taking all the best parts and using them in one box.
I will have 2x 80gb hard drives, one sata and one ide. I was hopeing to install ubuntu on the ide and windows on the sata, and have the machine be dual boot.
However anytime i have ever done a dual boot machine i nthe past (granted 2 versions of windows) i have always installed both OS's on the same drive.
Is it possible to do dual boot with 2 OS's installed on 2 seperate HD's? If so, which do i install first (does it matter?)? What are the downsides if any to doing it this way?
Thanks
