This is probably a stupid question, but its not covered in the sticky threads (at least that I couldn't find).
However, what I am looking to learn how to do is create a web portal. What do I mean by this? I mean I want to learn how to stream content from another website through my own portal (similar to google cache, but without the cache). I don't want to redirect the user's browser or frame or whatever to the new content, I want to draw the content from the target website and present it directly to the user from my own.
I have a project I want to begin where desired and legitimate web content is filtered by an organizations proxies/firewalls/etc., yet the content is needed by users.
This is only part of the portal product I would like to develop, but its an important feature.
Can someone point me in the right direction to learn how to enable a website to stream data from another website.
