    Audacious basic newbie questions

I'm changing from amarok to audacious (just to change a little).

I've just installed audacious and I'm trying to find how:

    - I minimize it to the system try? (of course with the music still playing)

    - How do I set up a collection? i.e tell audacious my Music folder, and that it opens the contents in a list of songs and every time I add a song to the Music folder audacious updates the list.

That's pretty basic stuff (I hope audacious can handle it), but cannot realize how to do it.

    Thanks!

Look in the options, and the help. Usually an options setting will cover things like this.

    Preferences > Plugins > General
Check the "status icon" plugin for systray.

Audacious is a basic player it isn't going automatically update your collection for you.

XMMS isn't supported anymore, but I think XMMS2 which is in the repos can do this or something similar. I don't use it so I'm not certain.
