On Window$, I have it set up so that my laptop receives wireless and then shares the internet connection with my other computer which I have connected via an ethernet cable. In windows, its called a bridge. how can i do this in linux?

Desktop:Custom Build 2.5GHZ AMD64-Dual Core 4GB/RAM 80GB/system, 320GB+160GB/files
You can use firestarter to share internet connections. This is the easiest way I have found so far although I'm sure there must be other ways.
