    Arrow Gnome-Video-Thumbnailer high CPU ussage?

I'm not sure if this problem has been posted before, I did a search and couldn't really find anything on it.

But, I was downloading a video from a torrent file (using transmissions) and I noticed that my CPU was at 100% usage. I checked the status monitor and there seems to be a process called "Gnome-Video-Thumbnailer" that is using almost 100% of my CPU.

I'm guessing that this "Gnome-Video-Thumbnailer" is constantly trying to update the thumbnail for the video I'm downloading, and using a lot of my CPU in the process... maybe?

I'm wondering of anyone else has had this issue, or know of any solutions or work-arounds ... possibly disable the Gnome-Video-Thumbnailer? I'm currently using Intrepid Ibex, and I don't think I have ever had this problem with previous versions of Ubuntu.

Suspect it could be the same as this, for which a patch/fix has been produced but I don't think is yet in the repos:
