Hello everyone, i am new with Linux and Ubuntu


i have problems with my Creative Live Cam Chat and my SAA713x PCI TV tuner (TELEBIT with Philips Cards) and everytime when i want to chatting with cam and watching HBO i need to go back to windows and i just dont wanna do that, i want my ubuntu can do this such kind of thing.

please help me to solve this problems.
