    Empathy- mic is working, but speaker and head phone is not..

    hello friends,
    i am using ubuntu hardy. i have installed empathy form ppa. now when i call some one, they can hear what i am saying. but i cant hear from their part. no sound at all. should i install any other packages to get the sound?..
