Installation of VMWare-Server faild - "E: Invalid Operation Install"

hey guyz!

hope you're fine! I'm new to Linux. But I got installed (with Wubi on the "D:"-Drive of my windowsxp. Windows is on "C:") Ubuntu 8.10 and it seems that it works very well!

But now I encountered a prob. I tried to install VMWare Server.

Here is the error message of the installation process:



How to solve the "E: Invalid Operation Install"

Check your spelling because you have down insatll instead of install.

And a side-comment: unless you want to make virtual machines (i.e. you just want to virtulize an OS) you should use Player, not Server. Server has servere performance penalties!
