I dont know how to fix this one.. I just end up at the terminal.. after checking my HD it completely stops.

How old is your HD, can you boot the LiveCD?
It could be a HD failure.

I've just boot the live cd. but i dont know how to fix.. just booting the live then back to the error again..
ive just change my OS to Xubuntu- they said it is good for laptops.. but i want to have compiz..

Once you have booted the LiveCD can you browse your hard disk - if not it sounds like a HD failure or a massive data corruption.

yes i can browse.. well its to late.. i have my xubuntu right now, problem is i have only one workspace..
