Z-Star Webcam problems
I have just bought a Canyon CNR-WCAM413 Webcam. To my disappointment I cannot make it work in Ubuntu (Intrepid).
Running Camorama produces an error: Unable to capture image. The image that is shown in the window only shows static. Once I close the error message Camorama also closes.
Running Cheese Webcam Booth produces a picture, but the frame changes only around once every minute .
I have tried Skype video test which also only shows static.
Searching the forum I could not find a solution so I decided to post a question. This is the result of lsusb:

What can I do to get it work?
Update: I have just tested Ekiga and the picture produced by the webcam is nice and clear. I am confused. Unfortunately I want to use the webcam with Skype and that still doesn't work.
