Why is it nessacary that I have the monitor runing, when re(starting) my PC?
If my monitor is off, than the X-Server wont start and even after starting it manual with startx most of the things are missing.
Therefore I need to go to the cellar, start my monitor go upstairs again, restart vis ssh, go down to the cellar and turn of the monitor, just for the case I need the X-Server on my server.

X does hardware detection when it starts up, so in theory you should be able to change your monitor and you shouldn't have to reconfigure X each time.
