By the way, what do you mean it looks bad if not blurred? Did you get a low quality logo from somewhere?

Also, don't use photobucket! Use www.gnome-look.org instead. It's meant for wallpapers.

And It looks bad, because it just seems to sharp... it badly contrasts with the picture.
