[SOLVED] Do you know of a Sound & Video Guide

Hello,

I am looking for a guide that explains HOW media packages function and interact with each other (Not really a how-to, but more on the theory of sound & video).

I saw one guide that seem to explain audio/video, but I can't find it now. I only quickly looked at it. The only thing that sticks out in my mind is that the second reply thanks the author and say he recorded sound for the first time (yeah I know?!!).

Thank you for the link. That guide is really good. I set up my machine using those instructions, and I am happy with it.
