I used to use this type of feature in other window managers and I really like it. I'm hoping that kde can do it too but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.

I normally have many windows open all the time, I usually never see my desktop. It would be great if I could have all these windows shaded and have focus follow mouse. But, when I focus on a titlebar, I want that window to un-shade so I can work in it, and then re-shade when the mouse leaves that window. Other window managers can do this so I know it can be done. I just need to learn how to do it in Kubuntu. I use a window list applet instead of the taskbar applet and this feature would be a great help because I can see only titlebars and can see at a glance which window is which.

Any ideas?
