    I wasn't going to move on to Intrepid, but I just read this on the Ubuntu web site...


    BBC Content

    Starting the media players within Ubuntu (Totem Movie Player and Rhythmbox) launches a menu of selected content from the broadcaster that is free to air. This is a mixture of video, radio and podcasts and available in high quality, much of it playable using non-proprietary codecs. Content is constantly updated via the corporation's stream and will vary dependent on location, though some content will be available for every user.



    That might be enough to convince me. (unless I can put this in Hardy somehow)

    Before I got PuppyLinux this summer, I was a virgin to Linux. You could almost say it was my gateway distro...

    nice..

    i was a virgin to linux too not so long ago...

    till i go my first Gataway Laptop with Vista in it...

    right out the box problems and problems and nothing but problems

    then i started to investigate on other types of OS and i ended up on Ubuntu 8.04 fell in love with it right on the spot...

    did go all the way to linux cuz my wireless problems but when i used the 8.10 BETA my wireless work...

    now im a 100% linux user...
