    No thread delete option

I don't see a working way to delete a thread in this forum.

I have one thread which I'd like to delete. (Problem is, I changed the subject after I realized I'd made the post on a mistaken impression, and now it shows up on thread lists still with the old subject. I'd be happy to avoid future confusion all around by deleting the thread. )

"It's not a bug if you're the only one experiencing the problem," said the geek to the first one to report the bug.

    Re: No thread delete option

We do not allow users to delete or close their own threads because it can lead to all sorts of confusion. If you find the need to re-start a thread, comment on the thread that you'd like to close the thread and start over, then report your post (which will alert the staff who will help you get the thread closed)
