Internet Connection Sharing ?

I have two laptops, one having Windows XP and the other having Ubuntu 8.04.1. I want to share my broadband internet connection between the two(Ubuntu will be the server and Windows XP the client) through wireless(just Ad-HOC, I don't have any wireless hub/router). How do I do that ?

Can't install ipmasq.....it gives me some kind of an error!
