No no, read the guidelines. We don't allow drift-offs.Originally Posted by ninocass

Hi, I keep getting this error.
/usr/local/bin/epsxe: line 6: 13693 Segmentation fault ./epsxe
How do I fix that?
EDIT: nm I kinda fixed it..

the cdda from my wipeout XL cd works when its in the drive but not from an iso image. any way to fix this?
Is WipeoutXL a PS2 game? and if so does it work? I might buy it because I loved Wipeout 2097, and was a bit of a master too...
I wasn't sure that PS2 games worked on this emu
Sorry can't help with your iso issue though.
I followed the guide, and it installed just fine, I can open it and all. But when I try go run a game, I get a segmentation fault.
Here's the terminal output:
Anyone have any ideas?Code:* Running ePSXe emulator version 1.6.0. * Memory handlers init. * ePSXe: PSX BIOS loaded [/usr/local/games/epsxe/bios/SCPH1001.BIN]. * Init internal cdrom ... ok * First/Last track: 1 1 * Track 1: (DATA) - Start 0: (00,02,00) * NTSC cdrom detected. * Init gpu[0][libgpuPeteXGL2.so.2.0.7] Error: couldn't get fbconfig Missing ATI render-texture extension!NVIDIA Corporation unknown board/AGP/SSE2/3DNOW! * Open gpu[0] * Init spu[0][libspuPeopsOSS.so.1.0.9] * Open spu[0] OmniJoy Init: You are using v1.0.0 build 8 * Init pad[0][libpadOmniJoy.so] OmniJoy: Using Joystick Logitech Logitech Dual Action for controller 1 Error OmniJoy Controller 2: No such file or directory OmniJoy: Disabling controller 2 * Open pad[0] /usr/local/bin/epsxe: line 6: 8933 Segmentation fault ./epsxe
By the way, my video card is an Asus GeForce 6800 XT, so I have no idea why it would say anything about ATI texture renderer.
Nevermind, I got it. If anyone is having a similiar issue, I fixed it by opening up /usr/local/games/epsxe/cfg/gpuPeteXGL2.cfg and changing the NoRenderTexture value to 1.
