Bad Idea to Buy?

I have been looking to buy a mask before Halloween and, unfortunately, the costume stores around me don't carry the one I would like. I have been searching the Internet and I stumbled across www.nothingbutcostumes.com. They offer the cheapest price I have found as well as a free upgrade to 3 day shipping for the Halloween season on the mask I would like to purchase. The odd thing is that the site has been getting an "Address Not Found" error on and off for the past few days, (it is getting one today). I am now reconsidering purchasing from them. I here by ask the community: should I trust this site with my credit card number?

I see you can use google checkout. I guess it's OK.

Yeah, if you use Google checkout, you're pretty secure.

They could just be experiencing to much web traffic for their server to handle, it is getting pretty close to Halloween.
