Click on Applications then Graphics and finally XSane. What happens when you do or what error message do you get?

Could you please post the model of scanner you're using?

What happens when you try Applications > Graphics > Xsane Scanner Image?

    Re: scanner install

ok..i found my scanner..i switched over to kde and used the kooka scanner..works ok but size of the print out is very small..
i am going to try using the xsane scanner next trip and see if that turns out better..i can save file in pdf form as i cannot in kooka..
also seems to take a long time for the print job to process and is only b/w????
    is that normal?
