From Ubuntu to MSSQL via ODBC

Hello,

I have tried with several different ways to connect from OO Database to a MSSQL Database using ODBC (System DSN) but have only been able to get the tables listed, but no content can be shown because of a query failure. OO Database crashes and exits.

If anyone has ever been able to get OO Database to work using ODBC to a MSSQL Server, I am willing to start over from scratch to get this done.

Any further information needed, I am pleased to help.

I'm seeing the same problem in 9.10, except rather than a crash, OO just hangs indefinitely.

I set up the ODBC connection using these instructions: http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php...16&postcount=3

Would really appreciate any pointers to getting OO-Base talking to MS-SQL over ODBC (or any other method).
