I slapped them all together over the past few hours and when I go to power it on, the fans start spinning and the dvd drive is powered and everything but Im getting no output from my video card.. Im not sure if its posting but I'm not getting any error beeps. I'm not sure if its the CPU, motherboard, or video card and I'm not exactly sure how to determine which is the issue. I want to install ubuntu on the machine but I cant do anything right now. Any advice in terms of what I should do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

do you hear the board make a beep sound when you power it on? if so how many? also this might now be the best forum for this, not that ubuntu users aren't technically savy you just may want to try a forum dedicated to building pcs
