to install programs with WINE

I am in trouble because I can't use my wine to install any programs . Actually, it can be used to install. However, as the Installation is successful, the result is strange. The program that installed contain unusual text, like tone language. Because of it, I can't use the program. May be it is because I install a guitar software on my ubuntu. Then when I want to install another software that have no relation to the tone language, but after the Installation process it contains unusual text (tone text). Someone, please help me.
