Virtual Box - Seamless mode Questions

After booting up my XP.... I'll go into "seamless" mode...

#1 - Can I have my XP icons on my Ubuntu desktop?

#2 - Is it possible to have my XP Virtual Box boot up when Ubuntu boots up?

No, it deliberately does not render the XP desktop so that you can see the Ubuntu one behind it.

Sure, you could put it in your System -> Preferences -> Sessions for example.

I am running Intrepid on my computer and W2kpro in a (Puel) Virtual Box.
I have guest additions installed and everything is good except,

When I engage seamless mode the W2k screen goes disjointed and wacky and you can't do anything except shut it down or reboot.

When it boots again, if I don't hit fullscreen quickly it goes into seamless.

once in fullscreen it works ok.
Does anyone know what will fix this?
