I backed up a VHS tape to a DVD R recently.
Then initialized it with the DVD/VHS recorder.
I can play the dvd in my dvd player but not on my computer.
Is it possible to finalize a DVD R on a computer?

Re: VHS to DVD finalize problem!
I've found that if I use a DVD+RW there are no problems. I don't even have to finalize the DVD after recording. It plays on both the DVD player and my computer.
