    Hi

I just screwed up my top panel, is there any way to reset the panels to default?

If you still have the bottom panel - Right click on it - Choose 'New Panel'

BTW - For Intrepid questions before release please use the Development forum:-

I don't know if this will work in Intrepid but I can verify that it worked for me in Gutsy and Hardy:

You could probably delete the appropriate /home/<user>/.(dunno?) folder and get the defaults back... but you would probably end up deleting many more settings that you meant to keep. However, I do not know which folder is appropriate... probably a subfolder within .gnome2.
