[SOLVED] Tomboy start hiding in the systray

To start tomboy when i start session i put in system > preferences > sessions one new item with:
    name: Tomboy
    command: tomboy --tray-icon

But when i start the session tomboy starts with the main windows open.

I want Tomboy start hiding in the systray.

How can i do this so SIMPLE thing in Gnome?
Why it is so simple in another Windows Systems (windows, mac and kubuntu) and so difficult and little obvious in Gnome?

    Thank you.

Wow! it is a so difficult question?
The behavior of remembering the position of the windows in Gnome sucks!
