Are you using the one available in community-themes in kwwii's ppa? I show Dust as being just as fully integrated as New Human. If you are, what specifically isn't integrated? Also, I'm liking NewWave a bit better than Dust I think...

    Hi

I have to say I prefer a somewhat more slick look - I found this http://www.gnome-look.org/content/sh...?content=69828 and quite like it, tho the gnome foot is just a tad over the top...

something slightly less "in your face" but with the same background might be good - time to fiddle in Gimp

    cheers

That background is a mod of the OLD osx wallpaper. There is a plethora of them without the gnome foot if you search for "osx wallpaper".
Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes; art is knowing which ones to keep.

the new background and panels looks very nice, but now the gtk and metacity themes dont fit

if you have the new background but not the new panels you shuld delete the panel settings from ~/.gconf and ~/.gnome2 and then re-login to get them

I also think it looks like a coffee stain, or an accidental photo taken of a dirty floor. I'm not impressed. I choose to have my own backgrounds anyways rather than stick with the arty farty one's that Cannonical lump on us. Ubuntu may be good, but the taste in art is a little bit lacking.

I usually don't care too much but the original Ibex background was terrible. This one is much much better. It's great when a community actually has some direction in a project.

Looks cool, but are you sure this isn't a custom theme?

I like this new wallpaper, much better than the first one.
