    Ipod in Ubuntu?

    hi, Who know an application software to run my ipod in ubuntu?

    This isn't the right forum for this question, so I guess you won't get the best active responses.

    But depending on the iPod it can be supported by many applications.

    I'm not so knowledgeable on the subject, but I believe the newest iPods such as the touch and some nanos DO NOT work at all in Linux.

    If you have an older iPod then look at floolra, it is meant to be very good for iPod management, or Banshee.

    If these don't work try posting in the correct support forum here.

    You should use gnomad 2.
    it's very simple and works great, give it a try.

    I also like Banshee. Rhythmbox (the default player in Ubuntu) will work with iPods also.

    I would try out Kubuntu with Amarok, see if you like them. It's pretty good with iPod.
