Smartcam http://sourceforge.net/projects/smartcam/. It's badly documented and it didn't work for me on Lucid but hey, it's open-source. The .sis for s60v3 has anexpired certificate but the java version works on my 5800. Apparently it works over wifi and bluetooth.
