Library network

Hi

I would love to be able to connect to my Library's Windows Wireless network Ubuntu see's it but I can't connect would samba help?

Samba is used for sharing things over the network so it will not help. Is the library's network encrypted or are you connecting but can't connect to the internet? Some libraries have a web page that you have to do something before you can use the internet.
