Hey everyone, I just bought myself an eeePC 1000. I would really like to put ubuntu on it but don't know the best way to go about doing so. I've seen various projects on the web about putting ubuntu on the eeePC: ubuntu eee, netbook remix, eeebuntu etc. I haven't been able to find much info on each projects compatibility with the 1000 model. I'd really like to have a fully featured OS (wireless, webcam, special function buttons) and not really have to compromise too much. What is the best/easiest way to get ubuntu up and running on my new hardware?
