request timed out alot of times

Hello there I have two servers in a colocation when I ping one of my servers it gets Request timed out
Ping statistics for xxx.xxx.xx.xx:
Packets: Sent = 50, Received = 6, Lost = 44 (88% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 14ms, Maximum = 20ms, Average = 17ms
When I ping my other server in the same location I get this.
Ping statistics for xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:
Packets: Sent = 50, Received = 50, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 14ms, Maximum = 31ms, Average = 18ms

I am trying to find out why my one server has such a high packet loss.
Alot of my customers are starting to complain about lag issues.
Any help would be great, if you need more info let me know.
