My vido-drive works but i get a different size on...

Hi as you can see my desk or is it Xfce that has a different size then my background, its the same thing with the log in window, its smaller then the background.
Is there any configurations i can make so they get the same size.

I was trying this maybe you can see what the problem is.
I use this code:
