Unhappy How to use 2 monitors with 2 Nvidia 8500GT 1GB graphic cards?

    Hi all,

I've just purchased a computer with 4 processors, 8 gb of RAM (so I had to install the 64-bit version of Ubuntu), and 2 Nvidia Graphic Cards, with these specifications:

    • Manufacturer XPERTVISION
    • SKU 201420
    • Product Name XPERTVISION 1GB GeForce 8500GT SUPER+ SLI PCI-E
    • Web Address www.xpertvision.com.tw
    • Model Number XNE+8500TXTD01-PM8B84
    • Chipset NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT
    • Interface PCI Express x16
    • Video Memory 1024MB
    • Memory Type DDR2
    • Engine Clock 450MHz
    • Memory Clock 400MHz
    • Memory Interface 128-bit
    • RAMDACs 400MHz
    • Max. Resolution 2048x1536
    • Connectors VGA
    • S-Video (HDTV)
    • DVI-I
    • DirectX Support 10.0
    • OpenGL Support 2.0

    I have 2 monitors:

    • Lacie Electron 22 Blue - 22"
    • Samtron 76E - 15"

I tried several howtos found on the internet, but i couldn't use these 2 graphic cards with 2 monitors. I really don't know what to do

    Do you have any solution?
