Im sorry if this has been posted before, i tried to search as much as i could for the answer but with no luck.
Whenever i change my system theme in System > Preferences > Appearance it applies and it will change the theme of all open windows like normal but if a new window is open ( even the same window that had already been changed) the theme doesnt show on the windows. Basically i apply it and it stays on everything except it only works once on the windows. I dont even have to logout and back in for it to change to being themeless.
Any help will be appreciated.
