    Re partitioning software?

I while ago I unpartitioned a USB stick, I managed to recover the data, but now it's just a blank stick, I want to repartition it so I can use it again. Is there software that will allow me to do this? If so, which? Would testdisk do it? Or does that only recover data?

gparted is the most used partition editor/creator. it's in synaptic and is fairly easy to use. just make sure when you start it that you choose the flash stick, because by default the program looks at your hard drive first. just change the drive on the top right (from /dev/sda to /dev/sdb or something similar). and make sure to unmount the flash drive before working on it.
