Spilled the Beans
I just updated to the latest version of Deluge from the repository. The problem is when I launch it, it gives me a blank screen and the only way to close it is to terminate the process. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but get the same problem. Has anyone encountered this problem too? Any way to fix it?

It works for me.
Assuming you are running Ubuntu Hardy, you could try the latest version from the developer site.
The link above gives you the latest stable release, not included in the repositories. The 0.9.x branch is still a Release Candidate and has some bugs.
If you are not running Ubuntu HH, then browse for other versions here.
