send an email to more people

Hello guys,

It may sound lame but i am a linux newb. The thing is that i need to send a list of tasks each morning from a document to my team and i wanna do this from home; the thing is that i can only access my pc via ssh and i have to type the command for each person and takes to damn long.
What i want is to send the document to a list of emails using only one command or a script.

Can anyone help me ?

sugarcrm has that capability. Its email client is clunky, but it works. You install sugarcrm on a server then access it from a web page. You can create a list of tasks then assign those tasks to workers and then send batch emails out in the evening.

There are also several project management/code management tools that do a similar email tasking function.

You can also ssh -2 -Y and bring up any graphical email client and set up a mailing list then attach the tasker document to that mailing list.
